Sport and Remedial Massage to humans and equine

Specific interest is focussed towards treating both the riders and horses in combinations as often tensions found are a reflection of one another. Horses can be treated as an individual as part of a rehabilitation process.

Human sport and remedial massage treatments are offered in the comfort of your own home with the aim of releasing soft tissue tensions caused by everyday life, sporting injury or posture. All treatments will focus on achieving long lasting relaxation and correct use of the associated muscles.

Massage has a huge number of benefits, to include; improved well-being, reducing pain/stiffness, enhanced performance, increased range of motion, boosts immune system by reduction of inflammation and its associated toxins.

Today's modern world appears to be placing more demand and stress in order to achieve greater success. This in turn causes muscular tension to build.

Massage treatments target these tensions with the aim of releasing adhesions within soft tissues, decreasing anxiety and stress, enhancing blood flow, improving posture - the end result is a greater ability to perform without pain.
