My profile
My interest in horses was sparked when I lived and grew up in Bahrain for the formative years of my life. Where I learnt to ride in a place called Shakhura, where the Bahrain horse racing track was formally located.
On my return to live in the UK, in West Sussex I continued my riding and various sports to include Gymnastics, Dance and Swimming to county level. After leaving school and 6th form college I attended Chichester College, Brinsbury Campus to study the Care and Management of the Equine.
I knew that I wanted to be more heavily involved in horse care and rehabilitation and so I decided to further my education at Hartpury College (internationally recognised for equestrian excellence), where I undertook a three-year course to gain my Bachelor of Science degree.
I have personal experience with Polo, Hunting, Ex-racers, show jumping and most recently Carriage driving as well as caring for my own horse. I feel my understanding of the needs of the equine athlete vary according to the discipline and therefore require a personally tailored treatment.
